YOUR INFORMATION
Delete your TinyNinza account
This page explains how a parent can delete a TinyNinza account (the TinyNinza app, com.sunomi.tinyninza) and what happens to the information in it. TinyNinza is published on Google Play by Sunomi AI Labs.
Delete your account in the app
Open TinyNinza and sign in as the parent, tap your profile picture at the top right to open Me, then tap Delete account. Confirm with your password or Google sign-in and type DELETE. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can’t use the app
Contact TinyNinza or email support@tinyninza.com, give the email address your account uses, and say that you want the account deleted. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request comes from the account owner.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play, in your Google Play subscriptions. Any other TinyNinza subscription is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted, so it will not renew.
What we delete
- Your sign-in details — Your email address, password, linked Google or Apple sign-in, and every device signed in to your account.
- Your name and contact details — Your name, phone number and country, and the push-notification tokens for your devices.
- Your settings and preferences — Notification choices, language, appearance and the other settings saved for you.
- Your children’s profiles — For each child who is linked only to you: their name, date of birth, nickname, sign-in code and password, friend codes and friend connections. Their game history stays only as numbers that no longer point to a person.
- Family links and invitations — Every link between you and a child, and any invitation that was waiting to be accepted.
- Your subscription — A subscription you paid for through the app is cancelled, so it will not renew. A subscription bought through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play.
What we keep
- Payment and invoice records — The amount, date, invoice number and payment reference of anything you paid are kept because accounting and tax rules require it. They no longer carry your name or email.
- Security and audit logs — A log of sign-ins and account changes is kept so we can investigate fraud and abuse. It cannot be edited. It may contain a device or network address from the time of the event, but no longer points to a named person.
- Proof that consent was given — We keep the date and the version of the terms that a parent accepted, without any network address, so we can show that consent was lawfully obtained.
- Your deletion request — A record that you asked for deletion, and when it was completed.
- Children managed by a school — If a child is also enrolled by a school or teacher, or is linked to another parent, that child’s profile belongs to them too and is kept. Only your link to the child is removed.
Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as tax and company law require, and so is the record of account changes. Sign-in records, with their device and network addresses, are deleted after 180 days.
Teacher and school accounts
