TERMS OF USE
TinyNinza terms of use
Effective date: 6 November 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply to the TinyNinza mobile app (on Google Play as com.sunomi.tinyninza), the TinyNinza teacher and school dashboards, and tinyninza.com (together, “TinyNinza”). TinyNinza is a game-based learning platform for children in Grade 1 to Grade 5, operated by Sunomi AI Labs, India (“we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using TinyNinza you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
1. Who can have an account
- Parents and guardians must be adults (18 or over) to create a TinyNinza account.
- Children do not create accounts. A parent or guardian creates the child’s profile in the parent app, or a school or tuition teacher creates it. By creating a child’s profile you confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian, or that your school is authorised to do so.
- Teachers and school staff use TinyNinza for their own classes or school. If your school provides TinyNinza under an agreement with us, that agreement also applies and wins where it differs from these terms.
2. Your responsibilities as the adult
- Parents and teachers are responsible for how the children in their care use TinyNinza, and for choosing games that suit each child.
- Keep your password and your child’s sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@tinyninza.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Give accurate details when you create an account or a child’s profile, and keep them up to date.
3. Using TinyNinza fairly
TinyNinza is for personal learning at home, and for teaching in a class or school. You must not:
- use TinyNinza in a way that breaks the law or harms a child or any other person;
- use another person’s account, or share a friend code to reach children you do not know;
- try to get into our systems or other users’ data, or interfere with how TinyNinza works;
- copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute the app, the games or their content, except where the law allows it;
- use automated tools to play games or to change scores, rewards or leaderboards.
Children can play and set challenges with their family, with accepted friends and with classmates. There is no chat or messaging. Parents can see and remove a child’s friends at any time.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some games and features need a family subscription. The app shows what a subscription includes, its price in your currency and how often it renews before you buy.
In the Android app, subscriptions are sold through Google Play and charged to your Google account. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time in Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. In TinyNinza you can also use Manage subscription in Google Play on the parent subscription screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your TinyNinza account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. You can ask Google for a refund through Google Play, or contact us at support@tinyninza.com and we will help.
- If a free trial is offered, the app tells you how long it lasts before you start it. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
- If we change the price of a subscription, Google Play tells you in advance, and asks for your agreement where its rules or the law require it.
Outside the Android app, for example on the dashboards, payments are processed by Razorpay, and the terms shown at checkout apply. Schools pay under their written agreement with us.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
5. Learning content
TinyNinza gives children practice and shows adults what has been practised. It supports learning at home and at school, and does not replace a teacher or promise any particular result. We work to keep questions and answers correct. If you find a mistake, tell us at support@tinyninza.com and we will fix it.
6. Our content and your licence
The TinyNinza app, games, characters, artwork, sounds, text and software belong to Sunomi AI Labs or the people who licensed them to us. While you have an account, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use TinyNinza as these terms allow. TinyNinza and the TinyNinza logo are our marks; please do not use them without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve TinyNinza without owing you anything for them. Support messages are handled as our privacy policy describes.
7. Changes to TinyNinza
We add, improve and sometimes remove games and features. We try to keep TinyNinza available, but it can be interrupted, for example for maintenance or by problems outside our control. If we stop offering TinyNinza altogether, we will tell account holders in advance and stop charging subscriptions.
8. Deleting your account, and when we may suspend one
You can delete your account at any time in the app: sign in as the parent, tap your profile picture at the top right to open Me, then tap Delete account. You can also email support@tinyninza.com, or follow the steps on the delete your account page. A child profile created by a school is managed by that school.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts children at risk. Where it is safe to, we tell the account holder first and explain why. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of a subscription paid to us directly.
9. Our responsibility to you
We provide TinyNinza with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or that were caused by something outside our reasonable control. Otherwise, our total responsibility to you for any claim about TinyNinza is limited to the amount you paid us for TinyNinza in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for anything that by law cannot be limited, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If you live outside India, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post any change here with a new effective date and version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell parents and teachers in the app or by email before it applies. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using TinyNinza and delete your account.
